Now I like a biscuit but not just a chocolate digestive or custard cream. If I’m going to use my calories I want it to be on something worth it, and these are soo worth it.
The Biscuiteers are biscuit artisans, with each biscuit hand iced and made the old fashioned way, one biscuit at a time. They feel like a real treat, a special gift for someone, especially as they can also be personalised. Plus there’s such a wide range, it was so hard to chose some but as we were celebrating the Mother in Laws birthday we decided to go for something she’d like so we could all share them over an afternoon cup of tea.
How beautiful are these ‘Tea for Two’ biscuits? She was absolutely blown away with the design. The designs are so intricate that she didn’t actually want to bite into them but we did, and we loved them.
The delivery was great and they came in a beautifully illustrated tin. I was a little worried about them getting broken in transit but they were actually held in place with a little icing meaning they did not move at all during postage and got to us in perfect condition.
They are a little pricey BUT they are so worth it. I’d much rather send a gorgeous box of biscuits that perfectly suited the recipient than a bunch of flowers. I’m already looking at other designs. Our brother & sister in law are buying a new house so I think we’ll be buying the ‘New Home biscuit tin’ ready for when they move in.
What do you think? Would you send gift of biscuits?
