Since the main ingredient in all alcohol drinks is sugar that generally means a lot of calories too. Banish it for good and you will see good results both on your weight lost and money saving, or if you can’t give it up all together then think about alternative low calorie drinks instead of wine or beer.

It will help you stay away from unplanned impulse shopping so should cost a lot less too!I always meal plan based on the food we already have, then just write a list of all the additional things we need.
