I‘m so excited to be finally starting my own linky, I’ve had an amazing response to my recent cakey & bakey type posts with people loving my cakes & wanting tutorials so the idea for Sunday Sweets was born.
If you don’t know what a linky is then listen up.
A linky is basically when a host blog invites other blogs to link up a post, with the purpose of giving the linker and host, additional blog traffic and comment love.
For a blogger they are a great source of inspiration, a way of building relationships with other fab bloggers and also a great way of generating traffic, athough you never never link dump and run. Linkies are only successful when you share the love. If you want people to view & read your blog then you’ve read and comment on others too.
For a reader they are a fab source of inspiration, I especially love seeing other people’s recipes and meal idea. I’ve also gotten some great ideas for at home activities to do with Archie as well as gaining a ot of support from other bloggers with Archie’s Autism Journey.
I’ve even got a page dedicated to my favourites if you want to find out more.
Sunday Sweets is going to be a place to show off all your bakes, cakes & sweet recipes, old & new. Anyone can join in, whether you’re a dab hand at cake decorating or just baking with the kids for fun. It doesn’t even have to be just baking, it can be any sweet treats, chocolate, puddings or even the kids favourite rice crispy buns.
The first #SundaySweets went live this Sunday & I can’t wait for each week, I just hope I’m not the only one linking up!
