We’re so lucky that we have an amazing park right on our doorstep, it’s not huge but it’s fantastic. There’s a lovely little woodland walk as you enter the park with gravel paths which makes it so much easier to get around with a buggy. With Archie’s autistic tendencies it’s great for him to get exploring, he’s got issues around textures so it’s just so good for him to try touching the leaves, trees & rocks. Also, he can’t walk near roads or busy areas as he has no sense of danger and doesn’t understand commands or directions its just too dangerous so this is perfect for him to run around and be happy like any other child.

Looks like it was a lovely woodland walk and how good that Archie can be free to explore textures and run around without having to have any worry about roads or busy areas.

It’s great that you’ve found somewhere you can go out with Archie and he can act like a normal kid for a while without you worrying too much. Thanks for linking up with Country Kids.

It’s great that he is paying an interest in the nature around him. If we give Ethan a stick to hold he looks at us like we are mad lol

He does that too if you give him a stick & then wipes his hands but he will hold it for a little while! But he does like to touch & sniff things so the rocks & trees are perfect to explore x

This place is amazing and slightly magical, it looks like you’re out in the country not in a park. These are beautiful captured moments, your son looks like he’s on a little adventure – so cute!

Thank you so much for linking up to #MyCapturedMoment and supporting me with my new linky!

I really like your writing style, fantastic info, thanks for posting . “In university they don’t tell you that the greater part of the law is learning to tolerate fools.” by Doris Lessing.
