This month has been a much better month, I’ve put more effort in and it’s starting to show. I’ve lost another 5lb this month. I’ve still got about a stone to go before I’m back at my goal weight before I had my spinal surgery but I’m getting there slowly but surely.
I’m still struggling with exercise, my left leg still doesn’t have full feeling and I’ve lost a lot of flexibility. I’m having to really take it slowly with my exercise but I have finally started running again, well more jogging but its progress. I’ve been taking my own advice on how to get back into running.
At least a couple of times a week I’ll take Archie to pre school and go straight for a run, making a big loop back home. I’m not running miles and I’m no where near my previous pace but I’m just glad to be back doing something.
I haven’t been able to get to the gym no where near as much as I’d like to due to working around the kids not leaving me any extra time but I’m slowing down working on cake orders and allowing my sister to take over the majority of my business to relieve the pressure so hopefully I’ll have a bit more time for me and I can drop a few more pounds before my girly holiday in April.
We’ve really been trying to keep on track with our food, I’ve been planning our meals with the exception of a takeaway on Easter Monday we’ve been really good this month. I’m really finding that by meal planning we’re not as tempted to eat junk food or grab a takeaway.

I thought there might have been a bit more inch loss this month but it just shows how weight etc can fluctuate. Hopefully by next month there’ll be an even bigger difference.
