This monthly update for Fit Mamas Club hasn’t exactly been the start I’d hoped for but I lost 3lb and lost a couple of inches so whoo hoo for that!
I’ve just not been as focussed on my weight loss journey this month, things have been crazy busy with work, I’m self employed so have to work around the kids, so I just haven’t been able to find the time to go to the gym as much as I’d have liked. But this month things are changing, I’ve decided to shift my focus from my cake business to blogging & freelance writing, eeek!
I can’t keep working the crazy hours on cakes and still expect to be able to fit everything else in and I need time for me. The gym used to be my happy place, the place where I could work off my stresses and feel better and I really want to get back to that.
Food wise, we haven’t been too bad. I’ve been meal planning every week but we have a had the odd takeaway which I want to chance this week. I don’t even really enjoy McDonald’s when we go so I don’t know why I don’t just stop myself from eating it!
This next month I want to try and get back into yoga. We’ve recently bought an Amazon Fire Stick which is amazing, and means I can get YouTube on the TV so I’m going to be looking for some fab yoga & pilates videos that I can do at home.
Next month there will definitely be a better month!
