A COMPACT NAPPY BAG PERFECT FOR TODDLERS

Munchkin Nappy Changing Kit Review

We were in desperate need of new nappy bag, Archie’s now 28 months so the old nappy bag gets pretty worn out at this stage. I didn’t want another big, bulky nappy bag as with a toddler you just don’t need to carry around as much crap around with you. Moving everything into one of my handbags just isn’t really viable as our buggy has a single handle so non of my current bags fit over it properly so I really wanted something that was compact but could still fit a couple of nappies & wipes in there. Plus it also had to be budget friendly as realistically I’m likely to only get around 12 months usage out of it. It’s only £12.99 so a fab price for a second nappy bag.

The Munchkin Nappy Change Kit was the perfect solution for us, it’s a fab little kit that stores the basics and opens up into a changing mat too. I found it fits two size 5 nappies and a full pack of wipes, or four nappies & half a pack of wipes, plus cream. It does come with a wipes case but I’ve not needed to use it. There’s also a little zip pocket on the from which would be fab for your phone or keys but I struggled to fit my purse in but that’s ok with me as it means I can get my cute little handbags out of retirement and just take this kit out with us.

The little handle means it will easily fit all types of prams & buggies, it will just slip over the handles or if like me you have a single bar handle the there’s a little press stud so it will clip onto the handle or frame, whichever you prefer.

Overall I’m really happy with it and I know it will last us until Archie is out of nappies, which is likely to be later than average due to his Autism & developmental issues plus when he is ready for potty training it’ll be perfect for carrying around a spare pair of Pull-Ups in case he has any little accidents. And if he is still in nappies at three or four years old plus then this will really come into it’s own as he’ll likely be too big for the changing stations in many toilets so the changing mat will be invaluable, no changing bums on the floor or over your knee!

It’s fab, great if you don’t want to carry a big bag, especially if you’re just nipping out

Looks great. I’ve also recently got a changing bag with a changing mat attached and it’s so useful, not sure how I ever managed without it!x

It is really handy, just big enough for what you need but small enough to be convenient!

I always recommend having something like this at home. Even if your changing bag comes with a mat, I found I used a separate one at home rather than getting my big changing bag out all of the time. I have a little basket with nappies, wipes and a fold up changing mat in my living room xx #toddlerapprovedtuesday

I used to keep one of these in the back of the car for emergencies, now I’ve just substituted nappies for pants and a lightweight change of clothes.

    Soooo useful!

Thanks so much for joining in to #toddlerapprovedtuesday again x
