OUR WEEKLY MEAL PLAN | 19TH SEPTEMBER 2016

Our weekly meal plan featuring healthy, gluten free & slimming world friendly meals for the family

 

Monday morning, again and time for this week’s meal plan. It’s all change this week, Archie has now started school full time which means I now have much more time to get stuff done as I work from home. The hubby is off work this week due to hurting his back at work on Thursday so I’m going to be doing breakfasts & lunch for the both of us.

Anyhoo, onto the week’s meal plan

BREAKFAST

Porridge, porridge & more porridge, again. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it. I might switch it up with overnight oats or scrambled eggs depending on which mornings I’ll be at the gym.

LUNCH

Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads to stay gluten free. I’ll be making a batch of leek & potato soup, pop over and have a look at my low fat, Slimming World friendly version.

DINNER
  • Chicken stir fry with baby corn & mangetout
  • Jacket potatoes with chilli
  • Mediterranean chicken with roast veg
  • Slow cooker pulled pork
  • Spaghetti Carbonara, GF for me
  • Homemade Chicken Dopiaza
  • Sausage & sweet potato mash
