I‘ve been writing my meal plans for such a long time but realised I’ve never really gone in to why we meal plan so over the weekend I wrote a Meal Planning 101, everything you need to know so pop over and have a read of you want to know more.
The hubby is back at work this week after a couple of weeks off with his back so it means I can get back to my usual routine, sorting out the meals without someone wanting to change things!
Anyhoo, onto the week’s meal plan
I’m back in the gym this week so I’m going to be trying out some new high protein breakfast ideas, I’ll be trying out protein overnight oats, protein pancakes & shakes.
Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads to stay gluten free
- Burritos & salad
- Lamb kebabs with homemade GF flatbread. I normally make a big batch of dough and freeze in portions
- Chicken stir fry
- Homemade pizzas, I’m going to be trying out a cauliflower base recipe
- Chicken curry
- Steak, egg & sweet potato wedges
- Roast pork dinner with SW friendly veg
