Our weekly meal plan, planning healthy, slimming world friendly meals for the family @gymbunnymum

Last week has flown by, it was such a busy week as I went out for a curry night with the girls on Thursday. Then we had friends round on Saturday and had another takeaway. Evan though I had curry I tried to stay away from the sides and only had a few chips & small amount of naan bread.

This week I’ll be making up for it with our weekly meal plan and eating healthily again but it’s all about moderation. We can have a few ‘naughty’ meals as long as it’s not all the time.

Anyhoo, this week we’ll be eating:

BREAKFAST

Porridge, porridge & more porridge. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it this week.

LUNCH

Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads

DINNER
  • Broccoli & feta tart with salad
  • Chinese chicken thighs with salad
  • Chicken & leek risotto
  • Beef stir fry
  • Homemade meatballs & pasta
  • Homemade pizza
  • Piri piri chicken & sweet potato mash
