Our weekly meal plan, planning healthy, slimming world friendly meals for the family @gymbunnymum

This week is a bargain weekly meal plan. The hubby bought lot’s of meat from the reduced section so I’m planning our meals around what we already have in the freezer & pantry so I only need to buy fresh ingredients. I do’t see the point in spending a fortune on good, healthy food if you don’t have to!

Anyhoo, this week we’ll be eating:

BREAKFAST

Porridge, porridge & more porridge. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it this week.

LUNCH

Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads

DINNER
  • Homemade chicken & mushroom pot pie
  • Cod fillet wrapped in prosciutto with veg
  • Chinese chicken thighs with salad
  • Maple BBQ pork with homemade potato croquettes
  • King Prawn curry
  • Chicken stir fry
  • Slow cooker beef & broccoli
