This week is a bargain weekly meal plan. The hubby bought lot’s of meat from the reduced section so I’m planning our meals around what we already have in the freezer & pantry so I only need to buy fresh ingredients. I do’t see the point in spending a fortune on good, healthy food if you don’t have to!
Anyhoo, this week we’ll be eating:
Porridge, porridge & more porridge. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it this week.
Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads
- Homemade chicken & mushroom pot pie
- Cod fillet wrapped in prosciutto with veg
- Chinese chicken thighs with salad
- Maple BBQ pork with homemade potato croquettes
- King Prawn curry
- Chicken stir fry
- Slow cooker beef & broccoli
