This week’s meal plan is a little different, instead of just listing our meals I’ve also filmed our weekly grocery shop too.
I’ve got to admit it felt a bit weird filming the food I’ve bought this week but I’ve found myself watching more & more of these grocery shopping hauls on YouTube getting inspiration for our weekly meal plans and for Archie’s packed lunches for when he starts school next week. So I thought I’d try it out myself and see what my readers & viewers think :).
So, this is what we’ll be eating this week:
Porridge, porridge & more porridge, again. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it. If it gets warmer this week like predicted then it’ll be overnight oats instead.
Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads to stay gluten free. I always start veering towards soups when the weather gets a bit colder.
- Chicken burgers with salad as requested by the hubby
- Spicy pork casserole with roasted cauliflower
- Salmon & brocolli risotto
- Spag bol with GF pasta for me
- Sausage & mash
- Chilli with jacket potatoes
- Roast beef dinner with Slimming World roast veg
