Our weekly meal plan featuring healthy, gluten free & slimming world friendly meals for the family

 

Eeeek it’s December! I’m pretty much sorted with buying all the Christmas presents but I haven’t even started thinking about food yet and we’re having family at ours Christmas Day so I really need to.

This week is clearing, sorting, organising and using up ingredients from the freezer & pantry again. I can’t fit anymore food in so I need to use up before I can do the Christmas food shop.

Anyhoo, onto the week’s meal plan and it’s a bit of a random one as we’re using up as much as we can!

BREAKFAST

Still on a brew and a bowl of porridge, it’s winter and I need to warm up after the school run.

LUNCH

Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads to stay gluten free

DINNER
  • Beef & broccoli stir fry
  • Chilli with sweet potato wedges
  • Omelette using up whatever’s in the fridge
  • Pasta bake using up left over veg & cheese
  • Homemade pizzas
  • Quorn chicken casserole
  • Sunday roast
