Not a bad week this week apart from Thursday night when me & the Teenager had a KFC. The hubby was out, it was wet & miserable so we thought we’d treat ourselves to a takeaway & a movie. Apart from that we stuck to our weekly meal plan so not too bad.
This week we’re continuing with low fat, high protein meals as I’m still trying to get to the gym when I can. It will be hard to get to the gym much this week as I’m making a huge wedding cake for this weekend so will be really busy with work, both the cakes & the blog!
Anyhoo, this week we’ll be eating:
Porridge, porridge & more porridge. It really keeps me full until lunch without being tempted to snack so I’m sticking to it this week.
Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads
- Chunky beef chilli
- Chinese chicken thighs with salad
- Chicken & leek risotto
- Spanish omelette with lot’s of veg
- Spag bol with GF pasta
- We’ll be at a wedding on Saturday
- King Prawn laksa
