I love a bit of baking but when you’re a busy mum the last thing you want to be doing is an overly complicated recipe that doesn’t turn out like the photo. I’ve put together my favourite 15 easy Valentine’s Day treats that should make it much more simpler to create something homemade.

Melissa from No 2 Pencil has a fab tutorial on how to make these stunning Heart shaped white chocolate bark bites

These cookie bites are super cute and don’t need baking, plus there’s no raw eggs. Chelsea’s Messy Apron has a really easy recipe to follow plus she has an amazing recipe index so I’d definitely have a nosy at her other recipes.

If you’re looking for something super quick & easy two ingredient strawberry fudge from Six Sisters Stuff looks amazing & would make a fab gift in a cute little box. It’s a basic microwave recipe, I’ve never seen fudge made so simply!

Following on the pink theme, how about this pink hot chocolate from Simply Kierste I love it, plus it would be such a fun treat for the kids.

Cake pops can be hard work if you haven’t made them before, but Oreo Pops are much simpler. I love this Valentine version by Makoodle, the sprinkles are soo pretty.

Or if you don’t fancy making the pops then how about these chocolate dipped Valentine’s Oreo’s from Happy Brown House which are even simpler.

I’ve never seen Crinkle Cookies before but the look amazing. So beautiful & delicate, I love the colour. I’m going to be trying out Cooking Classy’s Red Velvet Valentines version.

If you’re feeling a little more adventurous then how about these gorgeous slice n’ bake Valentines Hearts Cookies. They are easier to make than they look and Lauren’s Latest has such a great step by step tutorial.

For a breakfast treat these Strawberry Nutella French Toast Roll-ups look totally indulgent. Recipe Tin Eats has a great recipe.

I’ve totally caught the Love Bug for these marshmallow treats from over at partypinching.com, too cute!

Fancy something a little sweet and savoury? These cute chocolate covered pretzels from the Paper Pinata and Dinners, Dishes & Desserts are totally worth ditching the diet for a day.

If you want to try & be good and stick to the diet then these chocolate covered strawberry hearts aren’t too bad, they look delish! One Little Project has a really detailed step by step.

Here I go with the sprinkles again, I just love the look of sprinkles. It’s such an easy way to get a fab effect, especially using bright sprinkles against chocolate as it really stands out. Sally’s Baking Addiction has a quick and easy recipe for these Devil’s Food Cake Cookies using a pre bought mix.
