The little ladies are still going mad for Frozen, I’ve made about five of these Frozen Snow Globe cakes with another one ordered for next month although that one is a two tier rather than a single tier with cupcakes. To create this beauty I used the bottom section of my giant cupcake mould to bake the cake, then used Wilton Candy Melts to create the chocolate case. I have a separate silicone mould that I use for the chocolate as using the same mould can tarnish the chocolate & I’m a bit of a perfectionist!
I absolutely love that this is my job and I get to create cakes for a living, running your own business is seriously hard work but so rewarding, especially when you see the smile on someone’s face when they see the cake you’ve made especially for them
