Happy Monday, I hope all you mamas had a lovely weekend. We had friends over on Saturday night so drank far too much and ate far too much so it’s back to healthy meal planning for us this week with a few Slimming World recipes thrown in too.
I’ve reignited my love for Shredded Wheat so I’m pretty much eating that every morning now as I’m trying to go for a run once I drop Archie off at nursery depending on how busy I am with work, so need a light breakfast.
This week will be another batch of soups that I can warm for myself & the hubby can take to work. So it’ll be either:
- SW Syn Free spicy lentil soup
- SW Syn Free Pea & Ham Soup
- Scrambled eggs with veggies
- or some sort of salad
- Cheesy ham & potato hash
- Syn Free Homity Pie
- Sausage & bean casserole
- Spanish meatballs
- Jamaican chicken with sweet potato
- Syn free chicken tikka masala
- Beef casserole
I’m also going to be baking the boys some snacks too, probably flapjacks and raisin & oatmeal cookies.
