We all love our mamas and want to treat them on Mother’s Day but what do you get them? If they’re anything like my mum & nan then they’ll say they don’t want or anything, or that they don’t need anything. I’m just as bad though when the hubby asks me!
Well I’m not having that, it’s nice for them to have a treat, something just for them (or us!) so I’ve put together some Mother’s Day gift ideas, and I’m starting off with the good stuff, booze!
First up is Sensi Prosecco, how stunning is that bottle? Obviously it’s what’s inside the bottle that counts and this is such a gorgeous bubbly, but it does look beautiful as a gift too.
If you or your mama are wine drinkers then how about going for something really different such as Mr. Gladstones. It comes in some funky flavours, I can’t wait to try the pear drop and rhubarb & custard flavours.
Not really into wine? Then how about the new sparking rose cider from Koppaberg? It’s a brand new drink from Koppaberg that offers drinkers a unique, fruit flavoured alternative to other sparkling drinks currently available.
If like you’re anything like me then gin will be your favourite tipple so this gorgeous Demijohn Yummy Mummy Mini rack of gin will make a perfect gift. It’s almost to cute to drink. There’s three mini bottles, Seville Orange from Worcestershre, Dawson Gin Liqueur from East Lothian & Demijohnnie Gin from Helensburgh.
Well that’s enough of the booze, onto something a little more civilised, the beautiful Calm scented candle from Mia Abode in Uppermill, which is not far from me at all. I love shopping local, especially in Uppermill as it’s such a gorgeous, traditional town. Not only is the candle a beautiful, relaxing fragrance but it’s also a beautiful candle too. It will look stunning in any room.
Or how about BUFF Head Wear in the gorgeous new Julie Dodsworth patterns. BUFF head wear is fab because it used in so many ways. As a head band, bandana, scarf etc, it’s so versatile yet super stylish too.
If your mama is into her accessories then a Tresor Paris Charm would be a perfect gift. The charms are so pretty and can be attached to bracelets, necklaces or even a phone. I adore this red stiletto but there’s so many different charms to choose from so you’ll find the perfect one for your mum or nan.
We’re heading off for our holiday to Portugal over Easter so a pair of Oofos OOlala sandals are on my list. I love the sandals from Oofos, they are so comfy that I definitely want to try out a pair from the new range. You can have a nosy at my review of the original Oofos to see for yourself.
And last but definitely not least, why not consider Mecure Hotels for a lovely Mother’s Day treat. I’m sure there’s no mum out there that would turn down an amazing spa day in a beautiful hotel. Mecure have hotels across the country with lot’s of different offers so have a nosy and see if there’s somewhere you’d love to book.
What would be your top choice for Mother’s Day?
