It’s the end of November already, this month has totally flown by. I wrote my goals down at the beginning of the month hoping I’ll make some progress and I totally smashed them, well most of them.

There’s definitely something to be said about writing them down. It makes you more accountable to yourself and gives you something to look back on to keep your self on track.


No not all of them but most of them. I had planned to create a new logo as I’m still not 100% happy with mine but I’ve just had so many other priorities and the logo just hasn’t been one of them. I like my current design, it’s just not quite right so I’ll definitely look into creating a new one in the New Year.

I totally smashed my social media goals. I wanted to achieve 900 likes on my Facebook page and I’ve now got 962, whoop whoop.

I’ve been uploading videos to YouTube but not on any particular schedule as yet. From tomorrow I’m doing Vlogmas so I’ll be uploading a new video every day at 6:30pm which will more than get me into a regular routine.

I haven’t gotten to the gym as much as I’d like. Archie’s sleep has been awful with him being up literally all at least twice a week and waking around 5-8 times a night the rest of the week. On Thursday last week I was awake 32 hours before I finally got some sleep so I’ve just not had the energy.



November has been a great month for my page views and I want to keep building on that for December. I’ve got some great content planned and I’m working on promoting my blog posts more.

I’ve always been a write and then leave it kind of blogger which just isn’t good enough. I need to promote my blog posts more otherwise my page views just aren’t going to grow as much as I’d like them to.

For December I want to increase my page views by at least 10% so I’ve got some work to do.

I’m also working on the blog in the background, fixing broken links, improving SEO, updating and creating pinnable images for older blog posts. I’m going to keep on track of this and hopefully my old posts will continue to perform better, bringing in additional views.


I’m so glad that I got past 900 likes on my Facebook page & I would love to hit the big 1000 by the end of the year. Facebook is the area where I’m struggling to increase my followers so I need to get researching what I need to do.

YouTube is also a biggie for me. I’ve only been vlogging a couple of months and have already hit 150 subscribers, which I’m really pleased with. I hoping to hit 200 by the end of the year, hopefully by joining in Vlogmas it’ll help with my views and subscribers. I’m also hoping it’ll help with my confidence in front of the camera. I really want to do the chatty videos that I enjoy watching so need to get used to hearing my own voice!

Number one is loosing a few pounds before Christmas, I really need to get back into the habit of going to the gym and snacking less otherwise all the food over Christmas will destroy me!

My back has been playing up & Archie hasn’t been sleeping so I’ve been exhausted. I want to try going at least twice a week, I think anymore will be too much for my back as I’ve been getting the pains in my left leg again and definitely don’t want to end up in hospital again. I’ll just do as much as I’m able, when I can.
