Archie has been a very lucky boy to be sent the HelloHome StarBright Toddler bed as his first Big Boy’s bed. How gorgeous is it? We’ve been trying it out for the past few weeks after making the decision to move him from his cot to try & improve his sleep patterns.

We love the design, the cloud headboard with the inbuilt night light is such a lovely feature. As soon as Daddy had put the bed together Archie couldn’t resist pressing the button to turn the light on, he loved exploring the new bed. The night light projects onto the wall but isn’t too bright that it disturbs Archie, it’s just enough to help settle him and automatically turns off after 15 minutes.

The neutral colour scheme is great as it will fit in with most décor. Archie’s still in our room until we can save enough to convert the loft for the Teenager so it’s great that it just blends into our current colour scheme. The side table/Mummy’s bedtime story seat can be fitted to either side of the bed to fit the space you have. We’ve even created Archie his own little bedroom area using room divider furniture so look out for that post coming soon.

The bed itself is really low down and has the small side safety rails so we didn’t feel the need for an additional bed rail. Then the first night in his bed Archie ended up on the floor. It didn’t even wake him up so it just shows that he didn’t have far to fall! We obviously had to take a photo before moving him. He must be used to it now as it’s the only time he’s fallen out.

We’re really happy with how he’s settled in his new bed, especially after all the sleep problems we’ve been having with him but hopefully now he has more space and his own little area of the bedroom he’ll continue to make the improvements with his sleep & I can finally stop walking around like a zombie!

What a gorgeous looking bed! I’ll have to bear this in mind for when Amy needs a toddler bed later this year.

Oh my life that’s the cutest bed I’ve ever seen! I love it. We bought a cot bed for Oscar when he was born so just took the sides off but if we needed a bed this is exactly the kind of like, particularly as we’re struggling with where to put a side table and a light! Perfect! So glad Archie’s sleeping better sweetie. It must be such a relief for all of you! And hopefully his bed will contribute to that. Gorgeous boy. Hugs xxx

It’s gorgeous isn’t it? I just love it!! It seems to be helping him sleep for longer periods, just got to figure out how to stop him getting out of bed in the middle of the night xx

What a gorgeous little bed! I love the idea of the nightlight built into the headboard, such a good idea.

He does look cosy in that bed and I love the nightlight. My Little Man often ends up on the floor without waking, makes me a little worried as he’s moving from toddler bed to big bed in the summer!
