Happy Valentine’s Day lovelies. Are you all for romance or just see it as any other day? I’ve got to admit we don’t make a big thing about Valentine’s Day, we don’t do cards or presents but we do like to make sure we make time for each other today. We plan a meal together and cook together, making sure we have some quality time together as our lives are so busy.
Thanks to everyone that linked up last week, I love reading through all the recipes and getting new ideas. My favourite recipe has to be Kate’s Macaroons recipe for Valentine’s Day, I might even try these out today but I’ve pinned them onto my #SundaySweets board as I’ll definitely be coming back to this recipe.
If you’re new to Sunday Sweets or haven’t linked up for a while then there’s been a few changes. I’ve had a few people ask if they can add non-baking related recipes to this linky so it’s now open for any food related posts, it doesn’t just have to be recipes. Anything foodie goes 🙂 Next week there’ll be even more changes as the name Sunday Sweets doesn’t really fit the rule change so I’m think maybe Sunday Grub or Sunday Munchies. What do you think? What would you suggest?
So onto this week’s Sunday Sweets linky, you can link up as many posts as you like, old or new that feature anything food related such as recipes, goodies you’ve baked, even ones you’ve linked before if you think they need a little extra exposure. It can be something as simple as a quick mid week meal or a special birthday cake you made, basically anything that is food related.
The rules are so simple:
- You can link up as many posts as you like, just add the #SundaySweets badge to each post by copying and pasting the code into your blog post
- Please comment on at least one HOST post & one other link to share the Sweet Loving (no more puns, honestly!)
- Share the post via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #SundaySweets I will RT all links if you mention me in your tweets (@gymbunnymum)
