As I’m trying to concentrate on fat loss these next few weeks leading up to a wedding we have in July my workouts are all about HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) so I need to make sure my meals are low carb & high protein, although I won’t be cutting carbs altogether as you do still need carbs when working out.
The hubby’s off work this week so I’ll be making sure we don’t get tempted on unhealthy breakfasts by prepping overnight oats or baked egg muffins.
We’ll be back on the homemade soups this week, we ate out for father’s Day so have some veg left over in the fridge that needs using.
- Vegetable frittata
- Slow cooker beef & broccoli
- Chicken salad wraps
- Fish with steamed veg
- Spanish meatballs
- King prawn laksa
- Steak with sweet potato wedges, this is getting a weekly thing
