So I’m a little late on this week’s meal plan, it was a busy weekend & I only got around to food shopping yesterday morning rather than at the weekend. Plus, I’ve filmed our weekly food shop again. The hubby thinks I’m crazy to film the food we’ve bought but oh well. I’m really enjoying filming for YouTube and people are watching so I can’t be that crazy!
From next week I’m going to start posting the meal plan at around 8pm when I’ll schedule the YouTube grocery haul to go live at the same time.
Anyhoo, onto the week’s meal plan
The hubby has been off work after he hurt his back so we’ve been having eggs most days, boiled, scrambled etc and I’m enjoying the change from porridge. I think this week I’ll be continuing with eggs most days but also trying out some new overnight oats recipes with fruit etc.
Homemade soups, jacket potatoes & salads to stay gluten free
- Fishcakes with garlic wedges
- Jacket potatoes with chilli
- Chicken stir fry
- Spag bol with GF pasta for me
- Hunters chicken with new potatoes & green beans
- Steak & sweet potato wedges
- Sausage & mash
