So, after being a bit rubbish at Slimming World for a couple months, not going to group or following the plan, I’ve put on a bit of chub.
Well I had a bit of chub anyway otherwise I wouldn’t be following Slimming World, but I’ve put on a bit more chub. So I’m pulling my finger out and stopping the sneaky snacking and eating properly & sticking to plan. I won’t be going back to group as I’m really struggling with my back as I have two protruding discs and scarring from my previous spinal op which are all pressing on my sciatic nerve so I’ll be changing to online membership.
As I’m going it alone I need to be more accountable to myself. I can’t go to the gym anymore because of my back problems so eating well is my only option for loosing weight. I’m back keeping a food diary and adding in EVERYTHING that eat, making sure that I don’t go over my syn allowance, and drinking lot’s more water.
